eBay lost several purchases from me today because Allstate ad prevents adding items to cart.
Clicking "proceed" OR the "close" box on the Allstate protection plan popup locks up the purchase, and prevents me from adding the item to my cart. The "learn more" link on this popup works, but I cannot close out the popup, and I cannot purchase the item from the seller (because the item is never added to my cart). I can, however, add a similar item to my cart from a different seller who doesn't use the Allstate ad. Just wanted to let sellers know that this ad cost you a sale, and it even cost eBay a sale, because I lose interest when stuff like this happens.
Also, to hell with Allstate for not giving a simple "No" option to decline a purchase, but instead forcing you to click "No thanks, Ill get my own protection plan". Screw them and any site that gives you this, or the "maybe later" option instead of "No". Such things rouses my ire, Scrooge-ifying me into spitefully boycotting the brand or stop using the service. Sorry for the rant, but keep these things in mind when trying to sell to angry curmudgeons, like myself. (note, this was not a question, just a PSA for sellers)

The "no thanks" option should be the default when that window appears, so using the "proceed" button sends the item to the cart without purchasing a protection plan. At least that is how it works for me using Firefox 145.0.1.
