Ebay locks account because they use location services that we don't see - They REFUSE to fix this!

I'm having extreme problems with ebay support NOT fixing my issues. When my automatic vpn changes locations, ebay locks my account. This is because they are using locator services, which they SHOULD NOT be using. There's no reason for them to track our login locations. Their solution is for me to TURN OFF MY SECURITY so I don't get locked out. That's insane... When I call in they unlock me, but ACT like they try to reach a supervisor. They NEVER do. So they want me to wait for a supervisor to call me back - which they NEVER do. In addition, I CANNOT setup two-factor security on my account because it's BROKEN and they have NOT fixed it so I can set that up. I have called them weekly and even several times a week to fix these problems for the last several months. They NEVER DO, the ONLY thing they do is unlock my account and tell me to not use my vpn.
Today for the first time, I refused to let them log a call back request and told them to "keep trying to reach a supervisor until they get one". Guess what? The tech admitted that they had zero supervisors working. I asked why she said she was trying to reach a supervisor and put me on hold earlier if none were there. She refused to keep trying to get a supervisor and hung up on me. Not only do they argue with you about getting escalated help, they refuse to do so... Very poor service.
I am at my wits end with this lack of support and NO follow-up or repairs. Do any of you have the same problem? OR have some of you been able to overcome this nonsense of lack of support and fixes? Please advise on what I can do...

Mentor3 years ago@techpm Sorry that they hung up on you. VPN is not allowed because eBay DOES need to verify locations for account security purposes. This is so that if a hacker in another location or country access your account eBay will block them.
You said the two step verification is not working? It will not work with a VPN.
It has to be set up from a computer or by using your phones browser from this page:
