Ebay locked seller's account so he says he's unable to send refund
Case was filed for refund from seller. Seller's account now locked and seller wants me to unlock so he can send refund.

Mentor1 year agoSeller is trying to get out of refunding. If eBay locked their account it was to prevent them from draining the money out of it before making any necessary refunds. There would be nothing you can do to unlock their account. Go back to the case you filed and as soon as you can to "Ask eBay to step in" which will show up three to four days after you opened the case.
