Ebay Live Broadcast Notifications

I continue to receive eBay live broadcast notifications for sellers I do not follow and products Iâ€™m not interested in. The eBay mobile app will not allow me to change or disable these specific notifications, even when I try to adjust notifications. I receive an error message saying something went wrong.

Please advise on how I can stop receiving these unwanted Ebay App notifications throughout the day.

I wanted to add that I receive these errors on the eBay mobile app on my phone, & tablet.

@qfruge Uninstall the app. Restart your phone. Reinstall the app.

Then the options to edit the settings should work.

Also be sure to uncheck the General Promotions box or you will still get eBay Live notifications.
