eBay Live Auction scam

Question

An eBay Live Auction channel called Pokesino (yes, POKEmon caSINO) just took my auction money, spun their little auction wheel, and gave what I won to another user. I have found 3 different instances where this same auctioneer has done this with the same bidder. My spin hit a $260 item and the auctioneer gave it to a preferred bidder and gave me an item worth $1. Customer service will not help me. I have multiple screenshots and video receipts proving this to be true. Who will help me?

@indica207 If this was a trading card you have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request, doesn't match description or photos.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy.

If it's too late for the eBay return case then you need to file a fraud chargeback with your payment method.

Thanks and I’ve reported the issue but the response said they would not notify me of outcome and also said nothing about getting money back from the scammers or getting my item or anything
