Browser or app?
For the app, check your notification settings carefully and disable anything related to eBay Live. Then avoid the main eBay screen as much as possible and concentrate on your Watch List, Selling or your Searches. If you tap and hold the app icon you can choose to open the app into a different screen other than the main screen where the eBay Live feeds are shown.
If you use a desktop browser, bookmark a different page other than the main eBay page, or else use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to block the Live feeds.
