ebay listings are still not active due to "policy violations".
We have conform on verifying our accounts and updated the required information. But they have not lifted the restrictions and we don't know how we violated the policy.

Ebay typically sends sellers a message directly on why a listing was taken down, you can try and review your messages from Ebay's site or app. You shouldn't relist without first speaking to Ebay to find out exactly why those listings were removed, even if you think it was done in error.
Relisting in this instance can result in suspension from Ebay at the minimum. For this reason, the RELIST option is not available for certain removed listings. More information can be found here:
