ebay listing start date
It may be right in front of me and I can't see it... but how do I find out when an item was fist listed? in other words, How can I find out how long an item has been listed?

The original listing date is not readily visible to buyers, but you can find it.
Search for the item as specifically as possible so there are few search results. Sort your search by newly listed. The date shown is the start date on that listing. It doesn’t show the year, so you have to pay attention to where it is in the list - April 2023 will show below Feb 2024, etc.
This works only for fixed price items. Auction items get a new item # each time they relist, so they will show as no more than 10 days old.
