Ebay Lies A Very Disappointing
I bought a item from ebay seller which I really needed for my back, always good prices well the item never got delivered to my address but said it was delivered to it,I opened up a case like I supposed to do then ebay agreed with the seller I appeal the case and they still went with the seller,if they would've done their jobs,I've talked to FedEx who supposedly delivered the package and they told me first that the seller gave me the wrong tracking number and there was nothing delivered to my address but to another one which they couldn't tell me and also someone sign for it cause it was there package not mines,so ebay didn't really check and tracking number cause they lie and don't care about good people like me who spins alot of money every month ordering from them now I'm done with them found another company to order from.Dont buy nothing from eBay or their sellers again cause I won't

If you have contacted the shipping service directly to determine that the tracking number does not correspond to a delivery to your address you are likely looking at a case of "false tracking".
If you can, I would suggest obtaining documentation that shows that the package was not addressed to you, then contacting eBay via social media direct message using Instagram and mentioning that you have a case of "false tracking" to be given an opportunity to share your documentation:
https://www.instagram.com/ebay/
If you cannot get documentation, or if that does not work:
Since false tracking allows a scam seller to win an "item not received" case, the next step would be to file a "not as described" return on eBay and be prepared to return exactly what you received if the seller provides for return shipping, or ask eBay to step in after three business days if the seller does not refund you or provide return shipping.
You may have recourse through your payment method if you are unable to get satisfaction through eBay, though once you involve a payment method, eBay can no longer help with that transaction. Be sure you mention "false tracking" specifically, otherwise your provider may assume a simple missing or stolen package and defer to eBay's ruling based on the tracking showing delivery.
In the future, stick to experienced sellers with a long and demonstrated history and avoid new or unproven sellers, or sellers that show warning signs of being drop-shippers or potential scammers: drastic changes in selling behavior or offering deals that are "too good to be true", or shipping heavy items that are unlikely to be profitably shipped via retail shipping.

OP5 months agoThank You for even caring about my situation and giving such good advice 🙏 I appreciate it. Like I said before I never gotten anything from the seller it was a back heating massager and a neck massager,oh I received the neck massager but not the other one, opened up a case and ebay decided that since it said delivered they going with the seller,I appeal that and then they closed it after 2 days saying it said it was delivered, that's why I got on here to voice my opinion on it,FedEx said that it wasn't my address and that it went to the person who ordered it in the first place cause they signed for it and that the package didn't have my address on it I asked them what address was there on it they said they can't give me that information and that the seller gave me the wrong tracking number and I need to contact them,I did again and the seller said it was delivered I said not at my house and it wasn't the right tracking number so please give me the right number and haven't heard back from them.
