eBay letter size packages not getting scanned
My eBay letter size packages with eBay shipping label are not getting scanned when delivered. This has something to do with my address being a business, (apartment) and USPS doesn't track mail sent from this address. Does anyone have a solution? I've even tried 3rd party tracking and even they don't always get scanned when delivered.

Mentor1 year ago@kwiktrade. In regards to your seller ratings your fine as long as you have an acceptance scan within your stated handling time.
You can talk to eBay about the scans not updating correctly on your seller dashboard.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

Mentor1 year ago@kwiktrade Are you using the eBay Standard Envelope for shipping your seeds?
eBay Standard Envelope is a Metered Mail shipping method and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment. The envelope must be flexible enough wrap around a coke can, see link at the bottom of this post. This mail class frequently does not receive delivery scans as some post offices don't have the equipment OR they are prioritizing other mail classes.
If a buyer files a not received refund request then you can file an insurance claim to get your money back. See this link>

For future shipments I recommend dropping your envelopes in the metered mail box at your post office.
You can also review this post by a fellow Mentor that has screenshots of proper packing as the envelope must remain flexible to be read by the sorting equipment.
