Ebay Letter / Post Office/ Non Machinable cost
Hello,
Has anyone else experienced problems with the Post Office saying that the Ebay letter should be a non machinable letter, even though the regulations should allow for it if the envelope is flexible and fits through a 1/4" gap? They have processed some no questions asked but returned some saying it was non machinable. I make sure the coin is packed and stable (ie not sliding around loose.)
There was one clerk that said it didn't matter if it went through the 1/4" gap cleanly. or that it doesn't move around , that if it is just a lump no matter how minute it's non machinable . I'm not sure that jives with the postal reg or the ebay instructions.
I would be interested to hear any takes on this and possible suggestions.
