I have an issue getting a refund for an item that has NOT arrived when promised. But I have not found an actual phyiscal address for eBay to file a claim. Where is that?

OP1 year agoThe seller got a mailing label on 30March but did not ship the item for another week. I had to buy a duplicate elsewhere. I was told that if it did not arrive by the 10'th, I could get a refund. I didn't get it; it may arrive tomorrow but that's pointless. Now eBay phone person say I have wait until the 17th. Every call the story changes.

·1 year agoWhat was the estimated arrival date on the order? You can file an Item Not Received claim the day after that date has passed, or if you do receive the item you can return it if the seller allows returns or it meets the criteria for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Not shipping the item when you expect them to is not a valid reason for a refund, all the matters is if you receive the item.

·1 year agoYou do not need a physical mailing address to file a claim. Did you open an Item Not Received claim from your order history, and if so, what exactly was the outcome of that claim, if it's completed now?
