Ebay left me without help
Hello, I paid for the item and I never received it, eBay can’t help me and case is closed bc there is tracking number and the item was delivered accordingly to tracking number
Seller is ignoring me and not responding
i did call the carrier(usps) and the tracking number I provider is associated with different address so I paid for the item I never received
is there anything I can do at this point?

OP1 year agoI actually got refunded by eBay, not sure if my appeal worked or the post here, I am just glad I received full refund from eBay
It’s actually bittersweet feeling bc they mentioned is one time courtesy and they mentioned the package was most likely stolen
Based on their explanation there is a chance the seller kept the money too.
That would be unfortunate bc accordingly to my experience highly likely it wasn’t honest person

Use the Customer Service that is on social media this way:

- https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Just sent a private message to the page. Explain you have a fake or false tracking number situation.
