EBAY, Lack of Customer service!
Does anyone know how to stop the annoying bombardment of App coupon offers, every time I get on Ebay? I don't use the phone app. I will never use the phone app. I understand they want to harvest my data. Tough Shyt. I don't need or want anything to do with the friggin phone app. My laptop is fine. EBAY customer service. Or lack thereof. Is absolute Dogshyt! It is impossible to have a normal conversation with a human being. About any issue. I use Ebay as a convenience. That's it. I don't need it. They are about to learn how much I need them. Ebay does not care one bit about any customer. You are just a transaction here. Everyone should keep that in mind.

Mentor4 months agoI rarely go to the ebay home page, so when I do see those ads to download the ebay app or to see those ads about ebay Live auctions, I simply ignore them. I really only go to the home page to check something out in replying to messages here. Mainly, I go to Seller Hub when I log into ebay. Find a page you want to go to, and save that as a Bookmark and use it to access ebay.
