eBay label tracking not working
I don’t sell very often, so the holds on payment are new to me.
i make two sales, buy and print two eBay shipping labels. One usps ground, one usps priority mail.
on Jan 6, I drop both packages off at the post office at 8 am, along with two other packages, mailed usps ground.
My one usps priority mail package tracking, still reads like it was never shipped. The three other packages are all delivered on the 12th.
eBay is still holding the funds for the untracked package, pending delivery.
i contacted the buyer twice to see if he got the package, but he won’t respond.
what should I do? Can’t figure out how to contact eBay, and the automated assistant refuses to understand the problem.
