eBay label overcharged shipping. How do I return money to buyer
I got a message that the shipping label over charged. How do I make sure the money goes back to the buyer?

Mentor3 years agoIt will not automatically be refunded to the buyer - you need to do that. In your list of sold items, select send refund next to that order. Enter the amount and submit.
