ebay kicked me out without any reason

Question

So I've been a member for a year or so and decided to start selling yesterday i changed my username from my name to something different as I value privacy and listed my first item, still trying to figure out how everything works couldn't get the automatic shipping calculator to work etc

But i wake up this morning can't login at all and the last email i had refuses to work and the email before the SMS never arrives, not sure what to do here other than leave ebay permanently this is ridiculous.
