Ebay keeps telling me to leave feedback on several items but when I try to leave feedback I can't
Can't leave feedback on multiple purchased items even though ebay keeps reminding me to do so.
I have done it a thousand successful times. Usually when you start to type the comments the (leave feedback)
will turn blue. It does not do that on multiple items. Trying to contact the correct ebay dept. has been futile and on line chat did not understand problem. Any ideas or just forget about sending feedback and continue to let ebay bug me about sending feedback to these sellers ?

Mentor2 years agoeBay recently added a "rate the item" requirement for some items. Be sure you are selecting a rating or else you will not be able to leave a feedback rating at all for such transactions.
If that is not the issue, try another browser or another link to leave feedback for those items.
Feedback reminders are generated automatically based on your Communication Preferences. If you do not want the reminders, uncheck the option under General Preferences:
