Ebay Jail
Hi, I just started my shop last year. It took me a bit to get in a groove. For some reason, I didn't see where the customer complained when they came in. I did have some late shipments. Ebay hasn't been showing my listings for a couple of months. No orders in Dec. I did have 2 orders in Jan. So I should have 100% good based on the past couple of months' performance.
When will I be out of eBay jail? And how do I have better customer performance if I am not getting any sales?
I would very much appreciate any answers or recommendations.
