eBay item number now invalid
I purchased a time share in Feb and have yet to receive any paperwork. I have messaged the seller several times and kept getting the same story that things are progressing and that it could take a few months to complete the transaction.
now the item is no longer showing up as a relevant item in my eBay purchase history making it impossible to follow the EBay refund request process since the system no longer recognizes that eBay item number.

what do I do? Is there any way at all to contact eBay for help?
