Ebay item bot shipped - was easy peasy pair of small reading glasses.
order # 19-12925-41021 has never been received. Small item pair of reading glasses -order made Apr 9th. ????
It's April 20 so how long does that item take. Ordered items a week ago that were already delivered. I'm posting there in public because the help venue is an auto bot that has no help and no answers to real issues. It's just to make you feel good that you MAY BE GETTING REAL HELP. AUTOBOT IS NOT RESOLVING PROBLEMS. IT 's just TABLE TENNIS.

I can tell you, as a seller, I am as frustrated with slow delivery as my buyers are. Packages are slow and delayed for what seems like no good reason. What I have been told is that the sorting centers in the last few years have been consolidated. What that means if that more mail and packages are going to one sorting center instead of 2-3. Mail, but mostly packages are getting backed up.
However, if the item does not show shipped and you have no tracking number to check, then you should considering opening a "item not received claim" with eBay.
Go to the item details and click on "contact seller" That will initiate a place to say "I haven't received this item" and then go from there.
