eBay isn’t refunding a customer
Hello,
I am trying to send a refund for combined shipping.
The other customer orders go through, but one keeps saying there are technical issues and it won’t go through. Why?
Plus- how can you call eBay and speak to someone to help. I have tried to call 3 times and AI says it can’t help.

Mentor7 months agoCheck your ebay wallet and make sure the funding source is there and current.
