Ebay is using my money and wont refund it yet.

Question

Ebay knows the item is not being shipped. The seller refuses to honor the price but wont cancel the order. Ebay is using my money. Why cant you ask for a call from ebay? THey just send you on a circle jerk of examples that dont pertain to me. You have to go around at least 5 times before you get the opportunity to get a call. This SUCKS!

eBay customer service can not force a refund until the item is late arriving.

You will need to file a not received refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date as my fellow Mentor stated.

There is no need to contact ebay.

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
