Ebay is using AI that is drunk at the wheel for reported listings

Hi, long time listener and first time caller. I have a seller account the is old enough to drink, but have little confidence in Ebay's ''system'' of support now to even interact here.
This particular set of listings (one example, same author who I won't blast here, that's not the point) had some of our car club actually rolling in laughter that it is allowed. It was reported by several as a listing that is not accurate to the item. Easy enough to fix, slap the seller's hands and tell them to list accurately. We don't actually care about the item here, it's the support response that is wild and just further evidence that AI tools are not up to par yet for production environments. Anyhow. The case:
DS18 EXL- SQ6.5 Car Speaker 6.5" Fiber Glass Cone 2-Way Coaxial 400W - Pair
-A cursory Google search will show you what this item is.
-An extremely quick look at the listing will tell you what the item is not (the listing title)
-This is a paper-cone OEM factory speaker, which was clearly thrown in the box it's replacements came out of
-Further into the listing, we see the actual speaker, the post actually self-owns by including the packaging (seller might even be unaware, that's not the point)
My issue is that this was brought up to support, and immediately shot down

The listing is bogus and completely wrong for what is being sold (most people will catch this and move on to other listings) so big deal, no problem. What IS a problem is feeding reports about this type of thing through an AI and brushing it off as no issue. Watering down the platform I have over two decades into and barely touch now because of things like this. -end rant.
