I have been texting 2 representatives for over 40 minutes. and its like hitting your head against the wall... they tell you they are a human being... omg ... it is not true... they do not understand anything... I gave up..

eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here

To reach Ebay is impossible. I try to communicate via text and the "supposedly real representatives" are not real! The A-i repeats the same question... for instance... what is your user ID... I had to repeat it 3 times and it did not stop asking me for the ID. It also asked if I want to close my account. ????????? frustrating. When I ask for a call back, I receive this message:

We tried to contact you, but weren't able to reach you at the phone number on file, because either:

The call was not answered
The call reached a voicemail
The call reached a busy signal
The number called was wrong or disconnected
eBayâ€™s Customer Service phone number is blocked on your device

1) Have you disabled the Spam filter or unknown caller block on your phone? That will prevent eBay from reaching you. Or anything that makes a caller "press 1 to continue"

the filter is often a choice you make with your cell phone company that tells them to block what they think are spam calls.

You might try calling your cell phone provider if you want to talk on the phone.

But you can ask your question here, and it will likely be answered.

I did call and reached the TECH department and the representative to ALL BLOCKS off.... what is weird that I have been a seller for 20 years and have had my cell phone for 6 years with no problem now the last few months I cannot get a call back... I have never changed anything as far as blocked numbers... and again I called my cell carrier and the representative UNBLOCKED EVERYTHING.

my problem is this... please note I have been selling for over 20 years.... I will be taking some time away... a week so I have an EBAY STORE. I put my store on Time Away and allowed sales to continue for 15 days... you know click that button... but when I searched for a few of my items by typing the listing in the search box... they did not appear... then I went to the ADVANCED AT THE TOP RIGHt AND SEARCHED SELLERS added my user ID and again the page HAD NO LISTINGS... so, not I took TIME AWAY OFF AND INCREASED THE HANDLING TIME AND at the top of the description told the ebay customers I will be away ... from... to... and inform them that the packages will be shipped after I return... this is the only thing that makes sense. but again Ebay do not give a ______!
