Ebay is under charging the buyer for shipping
So this has happened a few times now where ebay charges the buyer way less then they are charging me when I go to buy the label. What is going on? It's supposed to be calculated shipping based on their location and the weight. At this rate I might as well not even bother anymore. I'm getting pretty frustrated because I'm basically giving things away and making nothing, or in some instances paying ebay to give the customer something for free. Can someone tell me what I can do about this?

OP4 months agoI have no flat rate shipping rule selected and never have. This seems to be an error on ebays part. The only rule I've ever set was for calculated combined shipping.

That doesn't have to do with having flat rate shipping in your listing that is combined shipping rules for if a buyer purchases more than one item.
Go to the listing and see what it shows in the shipping section that you have selected.

eBay does not create shipping prices out of thin air.
There is something in your listings and/or your shipping rules that are somehow "under charging [your] buyers."
Are you positive that your listings all include accurate packaged measurements and weights, on all your items?
Are you buying your USPS shipping labels through eBay, at eBay's reduced pricing?
