eBay is the worst ever.

Question

I have 23 years with Ebay and is the first time I had an item that I shipped that got damaged trying to figure out how to get in touch with eBay was a pain in the neck,

time I spoke to someone they had a different answer for me. I donâ€™t know if they know what theyâ€™re doing, but I think itâ€™s time to say goodbye to Ebay cause they are the worst now that I have ever had to deal with in the past.

There is a link to eBay's Money Back Guarantee on every item listing that explains what to do in this situation, but these are the steps...

If you received an item that is not as described (in your case damaged), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
