eBay is telling buyers I don't ship to NY or NJ for some reason
Over the years, I've successfully sold and shipped items all over the place, and I have no restrictions set on my account. But two buyers in the past two days have sent me screenshots of eBay saying that I don't ship to New York or New Jersey. And the automated "help" is pretty much useless here. Can anyone else shed some light on this, please?

OP1 year agoI checked my listings, and I've got USPS Parcel Post calculated shipping on all that aren't Media Mail. In the past few days I've had several items sell/paid with shipping automatically calculated successfully, and none have had the NY or NJ issue.
The measurements on these packages will fit within the Parcel Post guidelines, so I'm stumped.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It is showing " Shipping not specified "

OP1 year agoOh dear. It actually isn't the hospital, but that makes me think that a bunch of my listings must be messed up. 😞

Mentor1 year agoThis normally means that the shipping section of the listing form was not filled out correctly so the system cannot determine a shipping charge for the buyer. Double check the listings shipping section the see what problems may be there.

OP1 year agoCan you tell me how can I check that if the listing has ended? I can't figure out how to get back to the listing (if that's even possible).

It's the juice extractor.

OP1 year agoYes, that's one of them. Is it okay for me to figure up shipping and invoice the buyer and still keep eBay protections in place (for me and for the buyer)?

Mentor1 year agoYes, use the Send Invoice option. You will have your seller protections as long as you send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.
