eBay is showing me with a different user name
I have been selling on eBay for 20 years. This morning, I logged in and listed an item. But somehow my eBay name has been changed to something I do not recognize, and the listing shows the seller as "beauande0" with no sales, no watchlist, no purchases.
Where is my account? All the help I can find is canned answers for unrelated issues. Chat cannot help me, but it offers to have an agent call me. I filled out my phone number and country three times and waited, but no one called. What a waste of time!
How can I actually get help?

Go to the sign in page, and sign in with the email address associated with your normal account.
