Ebay is refusing to refund me on an item i purchased where the seller is refusing to respond or assi
I contacted ebay to advise an item I purchased was not received. Upon speaking to UPS they advised the item was delivered to a wrong a dress but the seller has restricted them from filing a claim. The seller is not responding and ebay is not helping. They keep telling me to contact the same seller who I advised for the past 3 Weeks is not responding to me.
