Ebay is not returning my emails for assistance

Question

I had requested to cancel an order, but ebay never responded. Now there is a hold on my account. I received an email requesting a balance an item I had not shipped and had attempted to cancel for sale be paid, the link is faulty. I cannot attach any screenshots, I have emailed Customer service three times. I am worried because this has gone on so long that it will be sent to collections even in my attempt to contact support multiple times throughout this endeavor.

ebay doesn't have an email address that can be addressed. You should have gone to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Locate the transaction, click the 3 dots, click Cancel order, select a reason, send.
