eBay is not a good place. They have BIG problems with customer service.
I think that the "community" needs to get together and demand customer service. And we should get satisfaction when there's a problem. Not a physical address to write too. I have spent $$$thousands$$$ in a couple years and when I wanted a resolution they crapped out doing that. Bad bad bad

OP1 year agoWell it started about a month and a half ago. I tried to load my bank debit card to purchase something and a red box above said that they were unable to verify the card. I contacted my bank and they said that it was good and they had no restrictions on it, so they didn't understand why eBay couldn't verify it. About a month after that and my using a preload card the technical support person called and said to erase search history on my phone and it worked that day. But when I tried to load it to place a bid for a rare casino token it wouldn't accept it and because I didn't have much on the preloaded card I wasn't able to bid high enough to assure that I would win auction. They cost me big time and don't care to make it right after me buying thousands of dollars of items in less than 2 years.
