Ebay is involved with the theft of my camera and lenes

Question

I sold a high end camera and lenes on Ebay. Hasselblad H3D II-39, 50mm and 80mm lens in perfect condition. I even have pictures of the working camera and lenes in the ad. 24 in all.

A working camera was delivered and the buyer claimed that it was broken...He filed a claim and won the right to return it. He returned a completely different camera and lenes. The model is the same but the lens count and camera count are different AND THE SERIAL NUMBERS ARE DIFFERENT... Ebay has refused me any explanation

You will need to file a police report against the buyer and include a copy of that report when you appeal the case. This is the only way to possibly get ebay to take another look at this.

First report the buyer for abuse of the ebay MBG.

Then after you report the buyer you appeal the case:

You can also file a mail fraud complaint against the buyer and take them to small claims court.
