eBay is horrible
Why does eBay lie about delivery details? Then, when you report a delivery problem to eBay the response is wait a week and then we’ll get involved. This is absolutely the last time I use eBay. So when you order from eBay, wait 2 weeks for the delivery, it doesn’t arrive, file for a refund, and wait 2 weeks for your money back. Worst customer service EVER.

Buyers can file a Refund Request after 24 hours from latest estimated date of delivery.
4 business days later the buyer can ask Ebay to step in. The refund can be given within 3-5 business days from when the buyer asks Ebay to step in.
