Ebay is having technical issues with United States Postal Service Packages.

This entails Packages not being able to be tracked. Has anyone else expienced this issue? Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved for individuals selling items on ebay.

The actual tracking is NOT done by Ebay. That is solely in the control of USPS and the scanning of the packages as they move along in their system. Ebay only shows what USPS has scanned on any given tracking number.

If you have packages that are not tracking as they should, you might consider filing a Trace on the package with USPS.
