Ebay is forcing Shipping to "Freight Shipping"? Is this right for my box size and wight?
I'm selling my old DJ speakers. The wight is 40lb and the size of the box is 25"x25"x27".
Is Ebay calculating this right. I see a lot of people selling speakers and I've bought speakers on Amazon this size that were just shipped normal. Is Ebay miscalculating my shipping?
I don't even understand the fright shipping and not sure I want to even deal with that.

Mentor11 months agoFreight should only be displayed if the weight is 150 pounds or more.

If you ship the best method is UPS and buy the label on Pirateship.com. They help with surcharge disputes and insurance claims if needed. Keep in mind that insurance will not pay out if the package is not adequately packed.
The shipping price coast to coast based on the weight and package size you provided shows as $114.00
If the speakers are over $100 be sure to purchase extra shipping insurance.
Amazon has their own delivery fleet.
