ebay is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT/NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

Hi,

I have tried and tried to contact ebay directly, to no avail. I am also trying to turn off notifications so that I stop receiving annoying spam from ebay but there doesn't appear to be anyway to.

It just strikes me that Ebay is deliberately trying to be lacking in customer service. It is such an annoying company to deal with; I wish there was more competition so ebay would go out of business!!

How hard is it to make a website intuitive? I HATE EBAY!!! I HOPE EBAY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!!

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.

If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.

You are welcome to post any questions you have here and there are many experienced Buyers and Sellers who will be happy to help. We are unable to look at a member's account to try to answer specific account questions. In the meantime, if you go into your Account Settings>Notifications, you can opt out of receiving certain messages from eBay.
