I have been an eBay seller for 20+ years. Maybe longer. I sold a set of used camera lenses and purchased the shipping for the items directly through eBay. I also purchased additional insurance coverage through eBay. I dropped off the item directly to a UPS store and this is scanned and verified. Now the lenses have gone missing. Likely stolen by the UPS store I dropped them off at. And now eBay is forcing me to refund the buyer. That is criminal and more people need to know about this dishonesty...
