Ebay is complotting with the Chinese Sellers to defraud the American Buyers. How can I purchased through Ebay because I used to trust the site. Now Ebay is telling that they are not responsible for the Chinese thiefts who scamming the American people. I know about Alibaba and choosing to purchase on Ebay site. Alibaba is more reliable than Ebay when it come to protect the Americans buyers. What ashamed????

Mentor3 years agoIf you do not receive your purchased item by ebay's estimated delivery date, you file an Item Not Received case no later than 30 days from that date. If the item you received is Not as Described, you file a Returns Request within 30 days receipt of the item. Do not close either case until you either receive the item or your money back.

OP3 years agoI have been in contact with Ebay since May. I told Ebay that the tracking number that Start with RG015975627CN is a scam after paying and received the RG tracking number and should investigate. Ebay never replies and after countless attempt Ebay wrote to me and said buying from this seller is not guaranteed for Ebay money return. I purchased and paid Ebay and should returned the fund.
I will not purchase from Ebay until Ebay return my fund.
