eBay is cheating customers
I purchased a sweatsuit in a size medium the seller sent a large. So I tried to return it. The seller doesn't want it back and decided to refund me $13.77 and keep my $16.50 for shipping. eBay told me yesterday not to worry about it that I wouldn't have to pay for shipping bcuz the seller sent the wrong item. Today they closed my case with a partial refund of $13.77 and she kept my shipping of $16.50. How is that fair to me when eBay told me that I was covered as a eBay member.
