ebay is charging sales tax

MBARR Coins is miscoding items and ebay is charging sales tax. When I reach out to them they blame ebay and will not correct the error. How do I get refunded sales tax that was collected in error?

eBay collects sales tax and remits it to the appropriate states. Sellers have no control over eBay charging and collecting the tax. Here is the link to more information on this process by eBay:
