ebay is charging me fees for an item a bidder cancled shortly after winning bid. how do i dispute.
The item never sold and i still have the item and would like to relist but my account it frozen until i resolve this.

Mentor2 years agoThe item sold. The winning bidder did not pay. Did the winning bidder ask you to cancel the transaction? Buyers can only request a cancellation because only the seller can file a cancellation.
Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Click the down-arrow, select Cancel order, select Buyer request, submit.
