Ebay is blocking a UK buyer from checking out on an item
A potential customer is trying to checkout on one of my items. I am in the US and they are in Antrim, United Kingdom. I checked my settings and international settings are on. Every time they try to check out they get an error message saying they can't checkout from my shop.
Does anyone have recommendations on how I can help him?
