Ebay is a LIAR!
May 13, 2026 I bought an item off ebay. I received a torn empty package. I have contacted seller multiple times and ebay on the site. No refund ... no progress report no nothing can't get in touch with a live person. Phone calls go straight to voice mail. Ebays guarantees mean NOTHING!

If an item arrives but is not as described, even if just an empty torn package, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
