eBay international shipping to Austria
Trying to complete a sale to Austrian buyer who keeps getting the message 'thus seller does not ship to Austria". I'm part of the eis program, so I do ship to Austria. How do I fix this so he can complete purchase?

Not all items can ship to all locations due to country specific import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.
On RARE occasions an item is falsely blocked due to a keyword and rewording the title/ listing lets it ship.
If you share the item number I can take a look.

OP6 months agoThanks for your reply. You were right. I ended up getting eBay support on the phone and the issue was a word I had used in the title. The international buyer had wanted several specific items I had listed so I created a new listing with all of them in the description but for the title I wrote "lot for (username). The system kicked it out because I used the word "lot". Once I removed that word, it went through.
