eBay International Shipping returned the order
I was sending an order internationally from the US to Australia and it made it to eBays Consolidation Center in Glendale Heights IL . where it was marked as - Your shipment is being returned due to issues encountered. When I finally got the extremally NOT helpful automated chat bot to have someone call me, I spoke with someone in eBay shipping that was supposed to open a case for me with the International Shipping team - I have not heard from them or gotten an email/notification that any case was created. I received the order back today unopened and still no idea why this happened. is there a way to have eBay actually follow up with this? provide me with a new shipping label at there expense as this is there error not mine as the seller or the buyers?
the order is for a toy - HS terrif code 950300 - just cardboard and plastic
