eBay International Shipping Program selling from US to UK

Question

I have a potential buyer saying that he is getting a message when he goes to purchase my item that the item cannot be shipped to United Kingdom. It is listed as eBay International Shipping Program and I even ended the listing and relisted to make sure. It is a plush character from Plants v Zombies

Any help appreciated - how do I contact eBay to get this resolved?

There have been many reports of UK Buyers receiving this message when attempting to purchase plush. In many cases, if the plush is a bear, for example, eBay eIS is picking it up as a live bear.

If your plush has the word "plant", it sounds like eIS thinks you are shipping a live plant. Until eIS works through this and the strict UK regulations, you most likely will be unable to sell plush to the UK.

Hi @oreyo

-Double check the dimensions on the listing via the Edit function. If an error was made the package size might be rejected by EIS.

-You have over 3100 listings, can you please provide the eBay item number so we can look at the listing?

-Long shot here, maybe the word "Plant" triggers something on the restricted item list ... just a WAG on my part.
