Ebay International Shipping Program- Negative Feedback Left
I had a buyer purchase from me through the Ebay International Shipping program. They purchase a vintage pair of Givenchy earrings. Without contacting me they left a negative feedback stating "earrings were not as described". That they were $10 earrings at best. I don't think they understood that Givenchy is costume jewelry and only valuable to those who collect the line. I emailed them and said I'd gladly issue a refund. No response. Have called Ebay twice and spoken to two representatives. The first must have been brand new because she stated she didn't know anything about the program and wasn't able to get a live representative from that department and that someone would email me back. Nobody did so I called this morning and got a representative who explained that my feedback should have been removed. That items are opened and inspected at the distribution centers and then sent to the buyer. They are checked to see if they are as described. That Ebay handles disputes with international customers such as this. He stated it should have been removed within the last week due to Ebay policies for the program and put in a feedback removal request outlining the polices. I just received an email stating my feedback removal request was denied! What is going on??? Help!
