Ebay International Shipping Program blocking international bidders
I listed an antique Chinese porcellain vase and for some reason bidders outside of the US were blocked. I realized the listing only ships to the USA even though I am enrolled in the international shipping program. The package is small 12 x 8 x 8 and 3 pounds. I called ebay and they say they cannot tell me why the item isn't available to ship worldwide. It's not on any restricted list. This is very frustrating as I've never had any problems before and it greatly reduces the number of potential buyers or bidders. I see similar items that ship worldwide in the same category. Antiques>China>Vases. Is anyone else having similar issues and is there anything I can do? I've tried revising the category and removing some specifics but it still only ships to the United States. Any input appreciated!
