eBay international shipping program
I sold an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Buyer was in china. International shipping program. Got scammed. Address was too long to enter into label, he “corrected it†he started complaining it was lost before it left San Fran for Beijing. The very day it arrived in Beijing I gave him a courtesy notification and he files for missing item shortly after on same day. Tracking never updates eBay doesn’t listen and refunds. All support are worthless and act like they don’t know about international shipping program or that once leaving USPS the international leg is supposed to be insured by eBay. Keep telling me contact USPS. I ended up Homeless and engine in my car seized and that phone money was for repairs and they took all my money and then keep trying to make me pay $149 seller fee. Help!
